I began with BWT as the first design employee and worked across marketing and product design taking my lead from the director who brought me into the company, primarily as his marketing designer and product development support. Over the years I also mentored junior designers and towards the later years I grew into taking over product design and marketing as creative lead and assisting in my directors vision for the brands our company housed. I worked on design development and production across product design and marketing often switching from being a designer, photographer and marketing co-ordinator.

While designing for various brands at BWT, my role also included product and lifestyle photography and often shooting portraits featuring our product as well as marketing and PR photography with collaborators and at events.
THE SIMPSONS X FLEXFIT

I worked on designing products and marketing material for a headwear range collaboration between Flexfit Headwear and The Simpsons, developing a product range as well as marketing collateral following approval and licensing guidelines for over 30 skus.
