DG Hospitality Group establishments and brands included Doughnut Time (iconic Doughnut store chain), Chester Street Cake Shop and Mister Fitz's Finest Ice Cream each of which had multiple locations and unique dining and nightlife venues including; Les Bubbles Fine Dining Restaurant and Bathhouse Bar & Club, Alfred & Constance (a collection of amalgamated bars, dining spaces and clubs), The Limes Hotel (boutique hotel with rooftop bars, pools and cinema), Kwan Brothers (modern Asian), Alfredo's Pizzeria restaurant & bar (rebranded as Alf's Place).
Each brand offered a distinctly unique character, products and experiences allowing each brand to become popular destinations for locals and travellers exploring the city of Brisbane. DG Hospitality would revitalise Brisbane from its nightlife slumber by its pioneering developments across the city.
Working within the marketing team, I was tasked with providing solutions across various aspects of each brand including digital and print media, product development, packaging, activations, collaborations, visual merchandising and to further develop the brands for evolution and expansion.
